ACP Announcement Centre
Adds an Announcement Box to the Index Page.
Features:

Adaptive Quick Search
This is a flexible Quick Search, that adapts its function to where the user is searching. So, in the index page, the MOD searches all forums; in a forum, the MOD searches that forum; in a topic, the MOD searches that topic; and in results, the MOD searches within results.
In other words, it merges all the different quick searches in the prosilver template into a single one. The MOD also includes instructions for subsilver2.
Add Disclaimer
Adds a disclaimer panel to the bottom of each page with control via ACP
Automatic Language Detection
Allows guests to view the board automatically in their preferred language (Mod under review)
Global version check
When the phpBB installation is out of date, place a notice at the top of every page. This notice is only displayed for users with access to the acp.
Tabulated survey at topic head
Allow users who are entitled to post polls to design surveys that will appear at the top of a topic. Users will be able to respond to the survey by clicking a button...each user response will appear at the topic head
